Welcome to Howley’s Family Butchers.

Established in Lusk in 1991 by Padraig and Lisa, our family run, Traditional Craft Butchers quickly grew and gained a reputation for quality and value throughout North County Dublin.

Our focus has always been and remains on locally sourced, 100% Irish meat. We guarantee the very highest standards of quality assured products with full traceability from farm to fork.

We purchase all our beef, lamb and pork directly from local farmers using the traditional selection process, on Hoof. This means that Padraig personally visits farms in order to hand pick the best produce available.

All of our meat is then processed using traditional time honoured methods of hanging, maturing and curing to ensure that it reaches its richest and fullest flavour possible. This is done at our shop in Lusk, by our skilled Craft Butchers and this sets us apart from supermarkets and other factory produced meat suppliers.

Additionally our burgers, stir fries, stuffing, sausages and other value added products are all home-made.
